What we do?
Ehomie is filling the information gap for cross-border home hunting. Ehomie WeChat App creates an online community, allowing users to find and sublease homes, search for roommates, and trade used items for free. Our AI-powered search engine is available 24/7 for users all over the world.
Ehomie real estate professionals offer rental and buying in New York, Boston, and Chicago. Our comprehensive services include in-person and virtual tours and roommate matching. We also have partners providing moving, cleaning, furniture, etc., helping our clients move into their new homes smoothly and worry-free.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Management
Manage and operate social media accounts, including content posting, audience engagement, and community interaction. Create engaging content to increase visibility and user interest.
- User Outreach & Engagement
Identify and connect with potential users across social media platforms through messaging and interactions. Build initial connections with users who may have housing-related needs.
- User Needs Understanding
Communicate with potential users to understand their preferences and housing needs. Organize and maintain structured user profiles.
- Lead Coordination
Categorize user inquiries and coordinate internally to ensure users are connected with the appropriate team for further support. Track user engagement throughout the process.
- Data Tracking & Optimization
Maintain records of outreach activities and user engagement. Analyze performance metrics and provide insights to improve content strategy and outreach effectiveness.
- Market Insights
Monitor industry trends, social media topics, and user behavior to identify new growth opportunities and optimize outreach channels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (recent graduates welcome)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, WeChat, Xiaohongshu)
- Interest in marketing, user growth, or community operations
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
