Job Duties, but not limited to:
- Develop and oversee religious programming in each of the EHM Senior Solutions operations, including Evangelical Home - Saline and Brecon Village, working in collaboration with Activity Directors to ensure that such programming is adequate and appropriate.
- Encourage volunteer activities sponsored by churches, especially United Church of Christ congregations.
- Conduct special services from time to time as required.
- Coordinate Church Ambassador meetings and events.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Strong preference for affiliation with United Church of Christ
- Must be a Graduate of an Accredited Theological Seminary
- Must have Ordination or Commission to function in a ministry of Pastoral care and have received the endorsement of and be in good standing with their body of faith
- Must have knowledge and skill in dealing with spiritual dynamics of illness, loss, and death.
- Must have organizational planning skills
- Must have strong written and oral communications
- Must have self-accountability, integrity, and a commitment to professional growth and development.
