Job Summary

EGP Document Solutions seeks a reliable and physically fit Copier Delivery and Installation Technician to manage the end-to-end process of getting office equipment from our warehouse to the client's office. You will be responsible for safe transport, professional assembly, and initial network configuration of multi-function printers (MFPs) and copiers.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely load, secure, and transport heavy office equipment using box trucks and specialized moving tools like stair climbers.
• Unbox and assemble new equipment according to manufacturer specifications and quality assurance checklists.
• Perform basic connectivity setup, including assigning IP addresses, configuring scan-to-email/folder, and installing print drivers.
• Conduct thorough pre- and post-installation inspections to ensure all mechanical and software functions are working perfectly before leaving the site.
• Act as a professional brand ambassador while instructing clients on basic machine operations and handling delivery paperwork.
• Assist with inventory management, equipment refurbishment, and maintaining a clean warehouse environment when not in the field.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in delivery, moving, or technical assembly is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of computer networking (TCP/IP) and proficiency with hand tools is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to lift at least 50–75 lbs frequently and push/pull heavy equipment (up to 400 lbs) with the assistance of tools.
  
  

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting from $16.00 - $19.00 per hour based on experience and hiring bonus.
