Pay: $1,817/week for 36 hrs & $2,206/week for 48 hrs
Shift: 6am–6pm OR 6pm–6am (3*12hrs)
Schedule: Rotating 36–48 hours/week
Weekend: Every other weekend (EOW) required
Contract Duration: 13 weeks
Facility: 32-bed non-skilled facility
Average Census: 23–25 residents
