Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly at the front counter, providing friendly and professional service.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, and taking orders for engraving related requests.
• Handle all cash transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems, including processing payments and giving correct change.
• Conduct quality checks on engraving orders to ensure our products meet a high standards.
• Maintain organized merchandising displays and stock shelves to ensure an inviting shopping environment.
• Manage inventory levels by stocking merchandise, tracking product availability, and assisting with stock replenishment.
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or scheduling appointments, maintaining clear communication.
• Support the team with basic retail math tasks such as calculating totals, discounts, and pricing adjustments.
• Assist with product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits, fostering engagement and sales growth.
• Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering, preferably in a grocery store or similar environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to connect effectively with diverse customers; bilingual abilities are a plus.
• Proficiency in POS systems, cash handling, and basic retail math calculations.
• Demonstrated supervisory experience or leadership skills in managing customer interactions or small teams is desirable.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves and maintaining displays; comfortable standing for extended periods.
• Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to handle inquiries professionally.
