Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast items with precision, including eggs, pancakes, bacon, sausages, and more, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards
- Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, poaching stations, braising pans, and food processors safely and efficiently
- Follow strict food safety and sanitizing procedures to maintain a clean and hygienic work environment
- Assist with menu planning and suggest daily specials to enhance guest satisfaction
- Manage high-volume food production during busy breakfast hours while maintaining quality and consistency
- Handle food handling responsibilities responsibly, including proper storage, portioning, and waste management
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and excellent guest experiences
Experience
- Previous experience in food industry settings such as restaurants, especially with fine dining or high-volume production experience
- Strong knowledge of food safety management practices and sanitizing procedures
- Proven skills in food preparation techniques such as grilling, braising, poaching, and general cooking methods
- Experience operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently in a fast-paced setting
