- Support food preparation tasks as needed, including plating and garnishing dishes to meet presentation standards.
- Handle food handling responsibilities in accordance with food safety guidelines to ensure cleanliness and proper storage.
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS accurately for order processing and payments.
- Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen staff to coordinate orders during busy service times, ensuring smooth operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with health regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
- Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety standards is essential.
- Experience with serving, bussing, or supporting banquet events is a plus.
