We are hiring FOH Flex staff for our location in Rome, GA This fast paced 6 am-2 pm concept is perfect for those who wish to be home by 3!
Four aspects of the FOH Flex position:
* host/greeter - our FOH Flex is the first point of contact with our restaurant. Guests must be made to feel welcome and then seated as quickly as possible or wait list managed efficiently and correctly,
* To-go specialist - take phone orders, pack up to-gos, greet guests at the pick up window, ensure to-go orders are complete.
* Outside Expo - able to pull food accurately, has great menu knowledge, able to complete plating and transition of food to the tables.
* Bussing/cleaning - bus and clean tables, sweep floors when needed, keep restaurant tidy and welcoming to guests.
This individual must be upbeat, have a great attitude, a strong ability to multi-task and be quick on their feet.
