Schedule: Full-Time
What You’ll Do
Oversee catering orders, scheduling, and production to ensure accuracy and on-time service.
Marketing and advertising to gain catering customers.
Meet goals for weekly sales.
Coordinate with kitchen teams to prepare food to spec, maintain quality standards, and support smooth catering days.
Manage catering logistics including set-up needs, staffing coordination, and delivery/pickup details.
Communicate clearly with guests and internal teams to confirm order details, dietary needs, and timing.
Track catering inventory and supplies, helping ensure products are available and properly stocked.
Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in accordance with company policy.
Support recruiting, training, and coaching of catering/shift support staff as needed.
Contribute to a positive, guest-first culture while helping drive exceptional customer experiences.
