BARISTAS / SERVERS
- Being a pleasant and presentable interface to the customer
- Ability to memorize all of the food and drink menu items
- Process customer orders and take phone orders
- Being able to make all of the drinks – lattes, espresso, bubble teas, coffee, teas
- Plating dine in food or packing to go orders for the customers
- Restocking bar and takeout supplies
- Bussing tables, cleaning dining and seating area
- Helping to clean equipment including washing pots, pans and dishes
- Taking out trash, cleaning bathroom areas, common areas
