Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience & Service Excellence
- Deliver a warm, professional welcome to every guest
- Manage seamless check-in and check-out experiences
- Offer beverages, salon tours, and guidance for new guests
- Educate guests on services, products, and promotions
- Ensure every guest leaves feeling confident and cared for
Salon Growth & Guest Retention
- Encourage pre-booking and future appointments
- Promote retail products, luxury services, and gift cards
- Support monthly performance goals (rebooking, retail-to-service, referrals, reviews)
- Help drive guest loyalty through personalized recommendations
Communication & Booking
- Answer phones and manage appointments with accuracy and professionalism
- Handle cancellations, rescheduling, and guest inquiries
- Maintain waitlists and maximize booking opportunities
- Respond to guest messages, emails, and online reviews promptly
- Follow up with new and existing guests to support retention
Front Desk Ownership & Salon Standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-of-house environment
- Ensure retail displays are stocked and visually appealing
- Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed
- Balance cash drawer and support daily operational needs
- Uphold a “like-new” salon appearance at all times
Professional Expectations
- Maintain a polished, professional appearance aligned with brand standards
- Arrive prepared for each shift with hair and makeup completed
- Remain present and engaged at the front desk during business hours
Meetings, Training & Development
- Participate in monthly virtual meetings and quarterly team meetings
- Attend one-on-one check-ins and training sessions
- Continuously seek opportunities for growth and skill development
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8–10 hours)
- Perform tasks involving bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and reaching
- Comfortable working in a salon environment with chemicals and fragrances
