Role Overview:
The Senior Marketing Manager leads the development and execution of brand, digital, and field marketing initiatives. This role bridges strategy and execution—driving key programs, managing cross-functional coordination, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels—while maintaining a hands-on approach in day-to-day marketing operations.
Salary:
Starting at $75,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications).
Core Responsibilities:
1. Campaign & Program Management
- Lead the planning and execution of regional marketing campaigns.
- Manage timelines, creative briefs, and cross-functional alignment with Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance.
- Track campaign performance and provide insights to leadership for optimization.
2. Brand Management & Creative Oversight
- Ensure all marketing materials follow brand standards, visual identity, and tone guidelines.
- Review and refine creative assets before Director-level approval.
- Maintain the brand asset library and support franchisees with approved materials.
3. Digital & Social Media Execution
- Oversee day-to-day digital marketing activities including social content calendars, email marketing, and paid media coordination.
- Partner with agencies or internal teams to optimize digital performance.
- Monitor analytics and report trends.
4. Field Marketing & Franchise Support
- Provide guidance on approved marketing tactics and ensure compliance with brand standards.
5. Product Launch Support
- Coordinate marketing components of new product introductions.
- Work with culinary and operations teams to ensure accurate communication, training materials, and promotional assets.
- Manage timelines and deliverables for launch readiness.
6. Budget Tracking & Vendor Coordination
- Manage project-level budgets and track spend against approved allocations.
- Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and printers to ensure timely delivery of assets.
- Provide budget updates and recommendations to the Director of Marketing.
7. Reporting & Insights
- Compile weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.
- Analyze sales trends, campaign results, and guest behavior to identify opportunities.
- Present insights and recommendations to the Director of Marketing.
8. Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Mentor junior marketing coordinators or specialists.
- Collaborate with Operations, Training, Supply Chain, and IT to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives.
- Represent the marketing department in cross-functional meetings when delegated.
