WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?

This is a full-time position based in Loveland, Colorado.

As a General Electrical Manager, you will start your day with a clear vision, taking full ownership of revenue growth by strategizing ways to drive sales, win new business, and strengthen customer relationships. You'll lead daily operations with a focus on both immediate execution and long-term growth. As a team builder, you'll inspire and mentor your crew, fostering a culture rooted in accountability, excellence, and community pride. Throughout the day, you will manage budgets, track results, and solve problems with grit and creativity - always keeping profitability and performance at the forefront. You'll also serve as the face of Eggers Electric, actively building relationships and representing our reputation throughout Northern Colorado.

• 5 years of leadership experience in operations or general management within the electrical trade
