What are the responsibilities and job description for the Woodworking Machinist position at Eggers Division LLC?

What will I do?
- Take ownership of an automated CNC machine that will cut materials
- Machine setup/load correct tooling, secure material onto machine bed
- Enter data into computer
- Machine start up and monitor the process with adjustments
- Quality checks using calipers, rulers and tape measure
- Solve problems by diagnosing issues on CNC machine
- Meet company-wide continuous improvement goals
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area ensuring with OSHA standards
What’s in it for me?
- Starting wage of $21.32/hr with $1.00 shift premium for 2nd shift
- 1st shift (Monday – Friday 6am – 2pm)
- 2nd shift (4 days/10hour shifts – Monday through Thursday 2pm – 12am)
