- Develop lesson plans that align with educational standards such as the Chicago Manual of Style and AP style guidelines, ensuring clarity and consistency in instruction.
- Conduct classroom teaching sessions utilizing effective classroom management techniques to foster an inclusive, engaging learning environment.
- Provide individualized tutoring and mentoring to support students' language development, reading comprehension, writing skills, and overall academic performance.
- Edit and proofread student work for accuracy, style consistency, and grammatical correctness while providing constructive feedback to enhance their writing skills.
- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development projects and participate in professional development opportunities related to instructional design, research methodologies, and learning technology tools.
