***Applicants must be willing and able to travel to Illinois for one week of mandatory in-person job training. All travel expenses, including transportation, lodging, and meals, will be covered by Egg Harbor Cafe. This training will take place in the month of February 2026.***

Shifts start and end early, so you'll never work at night. Scheduling is generally flexible if you understand that our busiest days are on the weekends and holidays. We are closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
Our back-of-house team members take pride in the quality and presentation of the dishes we serve. While some experience is a plus, extensive training on any or all stations is available for anyone willing to learn.
