Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role (Frisco TX), for an Insurance Administrator. The Insurance Administrator at Egg Donor & Surrogate Solutions plays a critical role in ensuring seamless administrative and insurance processes that enhance efficiency and clarity for both the team and clients. With a strong focus on attention to detail, proactivity, hustle, and accountability, this role supports key areas within the company. The Insurance Administrator is expected to own processes, anticipate challenges, and uphold high standards of excellence to contribute to the company’s success and uphold its values.
Qualifications
- Experience in Insurance or Claims Management, with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- Knowledge of basic Finance principles and skill in managing billing processes and insurance documentation
- Strong customer service skills to provide clear, empathetic, and professional assistance to clients
- Excellent Organization Skills to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and records effectively
- Attention to detail and proficiency in administrative tools and software
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred
- Previous experience in the healthcare or IVF/egg donation/surrogacy field is a plus

*This is a HYBRID position in Frisco, Texas (Coit and Westridge) requiring a team member to be in office two days a week 8:30am-3pm.
