Bartender (Weekends)

You’ll be the face of our restaurant and responsible for our customers’ experiences. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and customer service skills. Your ultimate goal will be to provide high-quality service that will help us maintain and attract customers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
• Plan and present bar menu
• Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets the legal drinking age
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Stay guest focused and provide an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Skills

• Resume and proven working experience as a bartender
• Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
• Ability to build rapport with guests
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly attitude
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean
• Relevant training certificate
• High school diploma/GED preferred

Job Type: Part-time
