Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Executive Administrative Assistant role based in Omaha, NE. The individual in this position will provide high-level administrative support, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, handling correspondence, and maintaining organized records. The role also involves managing office tasks, practicing strong phone etiquette, and ensuring efficient communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
- Strong abilities in Executive Administrative Assistance
- Excellent Communication skills and professional Phone Etiquette
- Proficiency with office software and organizational tools
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Experience in financial services or similar industries is a plus
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred
Pay/Benefits
- Hourly rate $18 - $22 an hour
- Up to 6% match on 401(k) Contributions (once eligible)
- PTO (once eligible)
