- Candidates with CSM experience in Contact Center AI products such as Observe, Cresta, Google CCAAS
- From a overall experience atleast 4 to 5 years of experience in project management.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and data analysis skills.
- Experience using computer systems and business software applications.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment (5 days in office per week).
Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour
