Responsibilities
- Resolve customer questions about eGain Cloud SaaS solutions via phone, chat, and email.
- Troubleshoot customer problems, working with product engineering.
- Become an expert in how the product functions and explore different areas to broaden expertise
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline.
