Yard Driver (Night Shift)

Looking for a Yard Jockey Monday thru Thursday 5pm - 4am. Starting pay is $25. This is a full-time, non-exempt (hourly) position, paid weekly. Hours worked over 40 hours in 1-week qualify for overtime (paid time and a half). Schedule listed below

Qualifications

• Have 2 years of verifiable CDL-A driving experience
• One year of yard jockey experience
• Hold an active Class A commercial driver’s license
• Able to pass a drug & alcohol test
• Be authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for safe operations at our facilities and for shuttling trailers between our staging locations
• In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring your vehicle complies with the company’s safety standards prior to operating the vehicle
• Perform yard and shuttle work
• Follow safety policies and procedures
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned
• Follow work schedule and meet challenges as they arise
• Adhere to company policies and rules
• Keep your work environment clean and organized
• Act in a professional, courteous, and cooperative manner with customers and co-workers (Quality focused, commitment to excellence, attention to detail, excellence in customer service, positive and energetic, well-spoken and communicates effectively).
