Key Responsibilities
Enrollment & Workflow Oversight
- Manage the end-to-end enrollment workflow for homeowners and commercial participants across various utility and ISO programs.
- Directly oversee account management for utility and aggregator partners, ensuring all data, documentation, and consent verification meet program-specific requirements.
- Coordinate with the technical team to ensure assets are correctly registered and ensure conflicts and registration of contentions/failures are resolved.
- Administration & Incentive Management
- Oversee rebate, incentive and reward payment processing and settlement administration for both installer incentives and customer rewards.
- Ensureaccurateandtimelydisbursement of upfront payments, recurring fixed incentives, and pay-for-performance rewards.
- Manage reconciliation between program authorities (Utilities/Aggregators) and internal commitments.
- Sales Channel Enablement
- Develop and deliver sales channel enablement training and support for the EG4 Certified Installer network and Distribution partners.
- Equip internal sales/business developmentteams, andinstallers with program playbooks, regional sales sheets, and revenue expectation transparency to drive enrollments at the Point of Sale.
- Track and manage theprospectpipeline for upcoming grid service opportunities and program changes
- Vendor & Partner Management
- Conduct evaluations and onboarding for new vendors and strategic partners in both the Strategic Partnership and Integration lanes.
- Act as the primary point of contact for administrative inquiries from partners.
- Performance Tracking & Dashboard Housekeeping
- Maintain KPI and dashboard housekeeping, ensuring real-time visibility into active integrations, enrollment rates, and opt-outs.
- Execute project management tracking for multi-phase integration launches and market expansions.
- Identifyoperational risks andprovidedata-driven insights to drive continuous improvement through automation.
- Experience: 2-4 years of relevant experience in VPP integration, Demand Response program administration, or project management.
- Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with large datasets, performance metrics, and performance analytics.
- Operational Excellence: High attention to detailregardingregulatory compliance and administrative accuracy.
- Communication: Ability to translate technical program requirements into clear guidance for sales, support,installersand customers.
- Education:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Energy Systems, Operations Management, orrelatedfield.
- Installer adoption rates.
- Accuracy and timeliness of customer/installer incentive payouts.
- Enrollment Rate: Percentage of the total available fleet successfully activated in programs.
- Operational Efficiency: Minimizing enrollment processing times and resolving participant disputes.
