Position Overview
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Commercial Sales Specialist to play a key role in accelerating growth for our SDI business unit. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role within a collaborative, cross-functional environment where commercial strategy meets execution.
The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in new business development, proposal creation, pricing strategy, contract management, and customer relationship building. You will be instrumental in identifying new opportunities, optimizing commercial performance, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial & Strategic Execution
• Support and execute the Business Unit (SDI) sales and marketing strategy to drive profitable growth.
• Own strategic business development efforts for assigned in-house accounts.
• Identify, evaluate, and pursue new commercial sales opportunities aligned with market needs.
Account & Relationship Management
• Serve as a primary commercial point of contact for key accounts.
• Build, maintain, and grow a strong pipeline of prospective and existing customers.
• Monitor account performance, purchasing trends, and service requirements to uncover expansion opportunities.
• Maintain and manage amendments and changes to long-term agreements.
Collaboration & Performance Optimization
• Partner closely with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations) and external representatives to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Assist with coordination and support of the outside representative team.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen the commercial performance of the business unit.

• Development and maintenance of a strong, accurate sales pipeline with reliable forecasting

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Marketing, or a related field)
• 1–3 years of sales or commercial experience preferred
• Strong proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• Exceptional communication, analytical, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment
