About The Role

We’re on the lookout for reliable and energetic Team Leader to join the Spud Bros Express at EG On the Move. In this role, you’ll take charge of day-to-day operations, making sure every customer leaves happy and every team member feels supported. You’ll lead from the front, supervising your team, keeping service running smoothly, and ensuring our legendary loaded spuds are served with care and consistency.

From maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards to motivating your team and delivering great customer experiences, you’ll play a key role in keeping the vibe upbeat and the spuds top-notch. What You'll Do

• Oversee the preparation of beverages and food items to ensure consistency and high-quality presentation to maintain customer satisfaction
• Assist in running the store smoothly during shifts, ensuring that team members are effectively managing the flow of customers, restocking supplies, and maintaining store cleanliness.
• Oversee and assist with cash handling, ensuring accuracy in cash register transactions and reconciling the till at the end of the shift.
• Monitor the store to maintain quick service times while ensuring quality and accuracy in every order.
• Maintain SpudBros Express branding by ensuring stores is visually appealing, well-maintained, and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Creating a positive can-do attitude, inclusive environment that delivers an exceptional customer experience and represents the brand in the community.

• Experience in a team leader role, preferably in a QSR, hospitality or retail environment
• Work effectively with others, including the Store Manager and team members, to foster a team-oriented and inclusive atmosphere
• Motivation to progress within EG On the Move through innovative ideas and strategies
• Cool under pressure highly organised and solutions focused
• Happy to appear in content, share the good vibe, and help showcase our brand online and in the community
