What You’ll Do
- Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to ensure optimal performance and reliability
- Ensure all facilities, machinery, equipment, and infrastructure remain fully operational and compliant with relevant standards
- Minimise downtime through effective maintenance planning, scheduling, and rapid fault resolution
- Manage maintenance schedules, shutdowns, and repair activities across all sites
- Implement asset management strategies and drive reliability and continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead, mentor, and develop maintenance and operations teams, setting clear objectives and performance standards
- Manage recruitment, training, succession planning, and ongoing workforce development
- Create a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement
- Prepare and manage operational and maintenance budgets, ensuring cost control while maintaining service quality
- Oversee procurement, contractor management, and inventory control
- Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities for cost optimisation
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
- Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective actions to mitigate operational risks
- Maintain accurate maintenance and operational records, supporting audits, inspections, and compliance reporting
