Job Summary (ETL Architect / Lead – Insurance Industry):

- Design and develop ETL architecture and solutions for insurance industry projects.
- Lead and coordinate both onsite and offshore development teams.
- Oversee data integration processes and data warehouse implementations.
- Provide technical leadership and architectural direction to project teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and requirements alignment.
- Solve complex technical problems and support effective team coordination.
- Work remotely (Phoenix, AZ preferred); W2 – Green Card/US Citizens only.
