Key Responsibilities:
Manufacturing Engineering:

Assist in the design, development, and improvement of manufacturing processes and workflows.

Support continuous improvement projects, such as Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives.

Conduct time studies and process mapping to identify efficiency opportunities.
-
Help update process documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.

Work cross-functionally with Production, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to solve problems and implement solutions.
Industrial Maintenance Support:

Assist maintenance staff with troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic equipment issues.

Support preventive maintenance (PM) activities and help develop maintenance schedules.

Help track equipment downtime and analyze root causes of failures.

Participate in projects involving machine upgrades, installations, or relocations.

Assist with spare parts inventory and maintenance records management using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) tools.
Qualifications:
Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Interest in both manufacturing systems and equipment maintenance.

Basic understanding of industrial machinery and maintenance principles.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with CAD or CMMS software is a plus.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications (not required):

Previous experience or coursework in machine maintenance, mechanics, or industrial systems.

Familiarity with PLCs, motors, conveyors, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
