Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Atlanta, GA, for a Supply Chain Management Consultant. The consultant will analyze end-to-end supply chains, map current processes, identify inefficiencies, and design optimized solutions that improve resilience, cost, and service levels. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and structuring data, performing quantitative and qualitative analysis, preparing client-ready presentations, and supporting workshops with client stakeholders in automotive, manufacturing, and high-tech sectors. The role involves supporting the implementation of process improvements and digital tools, monitoring project progress, and ensuring that recommended solutions are actionable and sustainable. The consultant will collaborate closely with cross-functional client teams and EFS colleagues, contributing to business development activities such as proposal preparation, thought leadership, and internal knowledge building.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills, including quantitative analysis, problem structuring, and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience in Management Consulting and Consulting, ideally within supply chain, operations, or related domains.
- Knowledge of Business Process analysis and optimization, including process mapping, KPIs, and continuous improvement methods.
- Hands-on experience or strong understanding of Supply Chain Management, such as demand planning, logistics, sourcing, or production planning.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Excel and presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint); experience with analytics or visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage.
- Clear, concise communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at various levels.
- Ability to work on-site in Atlanta, GA, collaborate in cross-functional teams, and manage multiple workstreams in a dynamic project environment.
