Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and secure new customers while growing existing accounts
- Manage carrier relationships and negotiate competitive rates
- Track shipments and proactively communicate updates to clients
- Source reliable carriers and develop carrier partnerships
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Stay focused, organized, and sales-driven in a competitive environment
