Key Responsibilities
- Create and implement daily and long-term production schedules aligned with business goals.
- Allocate resources (materials, equipment, personnel) to meet production targets and timelines.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise Production Supervisors and production floor employees.
- Provide coaching, performance feedback, and training to ensure optimal productivity and compliance with procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections and monitor processes to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
- Track production performance and generate reports to analyze trends and identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with departments such as maintenance, quality, and shipping to support efficient plant operations.
- Monitor production costs, identify inefficiencies, and implement cost-reduction strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all OSHA and internal safety policies and enforce safe work practices.
