- Startup company experience
- Experience designing and delivering scalable platform architectures and owning large engineering scope
- Strong knowledge of frontend stack (React, TypeScript, Next.js) to collaborate on customer-facing experiences
- Experience delivering zero-to-one product features and end-to-end product delivery lifecycle
- Proficiency with AWS and PostgreSQL
- Experience with data processing frameworks such as Apache Spark and Apache Flink
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and ability to write technical documentation
- Experience building data integrations with various tools in the ecosystem
- Mentor/educate junior engineers and establish standards and best practices
