About the Role
We are seeking compassionate and reliable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team for a residential home located in the 73rd Ave area. This role involves providing hands-on care, support, and supervision to individuals with developmental disabilities in a safe and nurturing home environment.
We are hiring multiple DSPs to ensure full coverage for overnight and every-other-weekend shifts.
Available Shifts
Overnight Shifts
- Thursday 11:00 PM to 9:00 AM
- Friday 11:00 PM to 9:00 AM
- Saturday 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM
Every Other Weekend
- Friday: 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
- Sunday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Provide direct care and support in a residential home
- Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care and meal prep
- Maintain safety and follow individualized care plans
- Support clients with recreational and community activities
- Document care and progress as required
- Promote dignity, independence, and quality of life
Requirements
- Previous DSP/caregiver experience preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work scheduled shifts consistently
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Must pass background checks and required clearances
