We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our residential team. The DSP will provide daily support, supervision, and assistance to individuals in a residential setting while promoting independence, safety, and quality of life.

Schedule:
- Monday–Thursday: 4:00 PM–11:00 PM
- Every Other Weekend: 9:00 AM–9:00 PM
We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our residential team. The DSP will provide daily support, supervision, and assistance to individuals in a residential setting while promoting independence, safety, and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct care and support in a residential setting
- Assist individuals with activities of daily living and personal care
- Prepare meals and assist with household tasks
- Support medication reminders and follow care plans as required
- Assist with community activities and appointments
- Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive home environment
- Encourage independence and participation in daily activities
- Complete required documentation and communicate concerns to supervisors
- Provide dependable coverage for scheduled shifts
- Previous DSP, caregiver, HHA, or direct care experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license required
- Reliable and dependable
- Compassionate and patient with a strong commitment to person-centered care
- Ability to work evenings and every other weekend
- Must successfully complete required background checks and onboarding requirements
