Responsibilities
- Safely operate mini-van
- Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, if necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness of vehicles .
- Follow all traffic laws and company policies to ensure safe transportation at all times.
- Communicate effectively with passengers, healthcare facilities, and dispatch teams to coordinate schedules and address any concerns.
- Conduct daily inspections to verify vehicle safety and report any mechanical issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, and passenger details as required.
Skills
- Valid Illinois driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
- Strong communication skills to interact professionally with passengers and team members.
- Excellent driving skills with a focus on safety and customer service excellence.
- Ability to navigate efficiently using GPS or other navigation tools.
