What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Principal position at Effingham County Schools?
- Master’s degree or higher with eligibility for a Georgia certificate in Educational Leadership.
- Minimum of five years successful experience as a classroom teacher or the equivalent in an educational setting.
- Strong disciplinary skills and a desire to improve the instructional program.
- Strong communication skills including the ability to communicate with school staff, students and the community.
- Exemplary interpersonal skills and ability to work cooperatively with teachers and other stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Ballanced Literacy and Visible Learning preferred.
