- High school diploma or GED required; additional coursework or certification in code enforcement, criminal justice, public administration, or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and recordkeeping systems; ability to learn county-specific software as needed.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a county vehicle for field inspections.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple cases, and exercise sound judgment while following established policies and procedures.
