This is a full-time, entry-level position built for individuals who are ready to gain hands-on experience in sales, customer service, and account management while developing long-term leadership skills. If you’re driven, outgoing, and excited to learn, we want you on Jorge’s team.
What You’ll Do as an Entry Level Sales Associate:
- Interact directly with customers to promote products and services that fit their lifestyle and budget.
- Assist with sales inquiries, account activations, and customer enrollments.
- Deliver professional, friendly customer service to ensure a positive experience every time.
- Maintain strong product knowledge to confidently present options and overcome objections.
- Track sales activity, account progress, and customer data using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with team leaders and management to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
- Support community outreach and marketing events that generate customer engagement.
- Represent Efficient California with enthusiasm, professionalism, and integrity.
