As a Leadership Trainer, you will deliver high-impact training sessions to professionals, facilitating workshops and real-world simulation exercises that align with Efficiency Squared’s mission. Collaborating with the instructional team, you will adapt and customize training content to meet participant needs, evaluate performance, and provide constructive feedback. You will also contribute to improving curriculum modules to ensure alignment with evolving industry standards and tools. This is a contract position, and the role is fully remote, offering flexibility to work with our global participants from anywhere in the world.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with an ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
- Experience in leadership development, team building, and organizational change management.
- Proficiency with project management frameworks (e.g., Agile, Kanban, Lean) and tools such as WBS, risk registers, and benefit realization plans.
- Knowledge of business analysis, strategic planning, and program execution practices.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, automation, and predictive analytics.
- Ability to work remotely, communicate effectively in virtual environments, and manage time across different time zones.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., PMP®, CBAP®, or Lean Six Sigma) are a plus.
- Knowledge or experience in aligning with standards set by PMI or IIBA is beneficial.
