We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Bilingual Staffing Specialist to join our growing recruiting team! In this role, you’ll play a key part in helping us match great talent with exciting opportunities across multiple client sites.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced position where you’ll learn the full recruiting lifecycle, sharpen your communication skills, and gain real exposure to talent acquisition strategies all while making a meaningful impact on our company’s growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Source, screen, and recruit candidates for a variety of roles across multiple client locations
- Manage candidates through the hiring process from initial outreach and cold calls to interviews and job offers
- Use our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track candidate progress and keep pipelines organized
- Conduct interviews, assess candidate fit, and build strong relationships with potential hires
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and help create engaging job postings
- Leverage social media, job boards, and creative sourcing techniques to attract talent
- Maintain strong communication with candidates and internal teams throughout the hiring process
- Track recruiting activity and metrics to help improve and streamline hiring efforts
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to speak with candidates by phone, text, and email
- Experience with conducting virtual and in person interviews using via Zoom, Teams or FaceTime
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Comfortable learning and using technology, including ATS platforms like TempWorks
- Relationship-driven mindset with a desire to help people succeed
- Experience with social media or online sourcing tools is a bonus
