This is a full-time hybrid role located in Cambridge, MA with some flexibility for remote work. As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you will support executives by managing schedules, organizing meetings, handling communications, and overseeing clerical tasks. You will act as a key point of contact, ensuring seamless coordination of activities while maintaining professionalism and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance tasks
- Strong Phone Etiquette and professional Communication skills
- Experience in Clerical Skills, including organization and document management
