In response to the growing mental health needs of young people, ESS has expanded its offerings to include a full continuum of clinical programming, professional development, and consultative services for districts.
About the Role
ESS is seeking a Per-Diem Float School-Based Mental Health Clinician to provide mental-health services to students in partner school districts. The Clinician will travel to surrounding districts to provide coverage when primary clinicians are unavailable.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy.
- Deliver clinical interventions that support emotional and academic stability.
- Engage families through programming and parent support groups.
- Coordinate referrals and collaborate with school and ESS teams.
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold professional standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree and active clinical license (LMSW/LCSW, LPCA/LPC, or LMFTA/LMFT) in the state of service.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience with children or adolescents facing behavioral or emotional challenges.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Experience collaborating with school districts preferred.
