We’re looking for someone who thrives behind the scenes but plays a critical role in keeping everything running smoothly. If you’re an exceptional writer, highly organized, and fluent in both English and Spanish, this could be a great fit.
This role goes beyond basic admin work—you’ll help manage communications, draft emails on behalf of leadership, and keep projects moving forward with strong organization and attention to detail.
What You’ll Do:
- Write and respond to emails on behalf of leadership (clarity and tone matter)
- Take clean, structured notes during meetings and turn them into actionable follow-ups
- Support daily administrative operations and coordination
- Keep information organized and easily accessible
- Assist with communication across teams and clients
What You Bring:
- Fluent in English & Spanish (both written and spoken)
- Strong writing skills and professional tone
- Experience with Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
- Sharp attention to detail and strong organizational habits
- Ability to multitask and stay on top of moving priorities
Nice to Have:
- Experience in the trade show or events industry
- Background supporting executives or fast-paced teams
