Position Overview: We are seeking an energetic, results-driven Media Sales & Account Executive to drive growth, manage key accounts, and build strong relationships with media, corporate, and advertising clients across the U.S. This is a remote role with occasional travel for client meetings, trade shows, and events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed sales targets through new client acquisition and upselling existing accounts
- Drive revenue growth by securing subscriptions, a la carte content contracts, and strategic partnerships
- Manage key customer accounts as assigned by the Sales Director
- Collaborate with internal teams (content, marketing, operations) to ensure seamless service and account satisfaction
- Assist in developing new products, services, and strategic sales initiatives
- Lead promotional and sales campaigns to increase EFE brand awareness in the U.S. market
- Monitor competitors and report insights to support strategic planning
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and client meetings to foster in-person relationships
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in media sales, business development, or account management
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of the U.S. media landscape and corporate PR environment
- Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- Comfortable working in a multicultural, fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
