If so, we invite you to join our Warehouse team at Inventory Sales Company, an EFC, International company, where you can excel in our Warehouse Specialist position. We are currently seeking a team member to join our office in Lenexa, Kansas.
What You’ll Do
- Accurately maintains inventory using EFC procedures & standards
- Communicates with supervisor/manager as needed
- Accurately fills orders
- Packages, labels, stacks, and wraps materials for safe shipping
- Follow appropriate shipping instructions
- Keeps warehouse areas organized, swept, clean, and hazard free
- Follow all EFC safety codes
- Carry out tasks as assigned by the warehouse supervisor/manager
- Participate in all aspects of warehouse and equipment maintenance and organization
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- 1 year of warehouse experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Comfortable using standard office and warehouse equipment; familiarity with Microsoft products is preferred.
- Forklift certification a plus (training may be provided).
- Strong teamwork skills and a commitment to accuracy, organization, and safety.
Physical Demands/Work Environment:
- Regularly required to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb, reach, and lift materials.
- Frequently lift and/or move items up to 40 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs.
- Regular use of hands and fingers to handle, count, and manage inventory.
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
- Work is performed in a warehouse environment with exposure to varying temperatures, dust, and occasional noise.
