FP&A Manager

EFC International, a global distributor of engineered fasteners, is expanding—and we’re looking for a sharp, strategic, and highly analytical FP&A Manager to help steer our financial future. What You’ll Own & Lead

In this pivotal role, you’ll be the financial backbone of our growing industrial distribution organization—driving insights that fuel decision-making and long-term profitability.

You Will

• Lead the annual budget and quarterly reforecasting process across revenue, margins, OpEx, working capital, and cash flow.
• Deliver monthly variance analysis with crisp insights and recommendations for senior leaders.
• Build and own driver-based models (pricing, product mix, freight, rebates, incentives, inventory turns, DSO/DPO).
• Partner closely with operations & supply chain on inventory planning, slow-moving stock, and PPV tracking.
• Run monthly branch and channel profitability reviews.
• Design and maintain KPI dashboards that move the business forward.
• Support M&A activities, including due diligence and integration planning.
• Champion process improvements and automation across teams.
  
  

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field (MBA/CPA a plus)
• 5–7 years of progressive FP&A experience, ideally in industrial distribution, wholesale, manufacturing, or multi-branch operations
• Expert-level Excel (complex modeling, pivots, lookups, you name it)
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to simplify complex data for executive audiences
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders across non-financial areas

• Power BI dashboard design experience
• Hands-on experience with SAP
• Familiarity with budgeting/forecasting software
