Erik Fagerland & Associates, Inc. (EFA) is hiring a Carpenter. EFA is a design/build firm complete with an architect, designers, skilled builders, and a devoted support staff. We have over 30 years of experience building custom homes and commercial projects ranging in scope and size.

- Ability to lead and direct our framing crew.
- Ability to schedule and supervise subcontractors.
- Ability to work both with a team and independently.
- Punctual - shows up to work on time everyday.
- Safety minded and works with sound judgement.
Experience with the following tools:
- Ladders
- Scafoldding
- Chop saws
- Table saws
- Circular saws
- Reciprocating saws
- Routers
- Nail guns
- Miscellaneous hand tools
- Gradall style forklifts and manlifts
- Ability to read specifications and blueprints
