Who You Are
The Role
The Customer Experience Manager is responsible for ensuring a quality experience for our international students and our host families. Your day may include celebrating student birthdays, completing administrative tasks, answering host family questions, or conducting host family visits! You will manage and hold weekly student evaluations and address student concerns via our EF production system. You will also be the main point of contact for our host families, managing and resolving any concerns they may have.

The Role
The Customer Experience Manager is responsible for ensuring a quality experience for our international students and our host families. Your day may include celebrating student birthdays, completing administrative tasks, answering host family questions, or conducting host family visits! You will manage and hold weekly student evaluations and address student concerns via our EF production system. You will also be the main point of contact for our host families, managing and resolving any concerns they may have.
Responsibilities
- Welcome students to the EF school and ensure a high level of customer service and student satisfaction.
- Answer student queries and helping with student welfare issues
- Provide high-level customer support to Host Families and International Students, ensuring questions are answered and addressed in a timely manner in compliance with the school’s regulations.
- Manage student and sales office cases, addressing student and parent concerns
- Assist with weekly student evaluations
- Manage relevant records for students and host families, such as insurance or medical records and background checks.
- Approve and record temporary student host family moves.
- Administration support using the EF systems.
- Respond to any problems and emergency situations should they arise.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a customer-facing environment, ideally with young people.
- Approachable and friendly with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Capable of using your own initiative.
- Have authorization to work in the country of employment.
- Complete fluency in English.
- Solid organizational and communication skills
