Role Description
As a full-time Tour Consultant located on-site in Boston, MA, you will be responsible for assisting travelers in selecting and planning their ideal tours. Daily tasks include providing travel consultations, tailoring group travel experiences, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring exceptional service throughout the booking process. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and stay up-to-date on our portfolio of tours to help customers make informed decisions that align with their needs and preferences.

- Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities related to travel planning and logistics
- Organizational and time-management skills for handling multiple tasks and priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic technical skills for using booking platforms
- Passion for travel and a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site, dynamic team environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in sales, hospitality, or a related field
- Previous experience in travel, tourism, or customer service is an advantage
