Plant Maintenance Mechanic
Job Summary
The Plant Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for performing ongoing facility and equipment maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and completing necessary repairs. This role involves repairing and maintaining machinery, plumbing, electrical systems, boilers, and line equipment, as well as ensuring the facility meets safety standards. The mechanic will also coordinate and perform major repairs as needed.
Shift: M - F 10am - 6:30pm
Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of maintenance tasks throughout the facility.
- Conduct routine building maintenance and inspections.
- Repair broken or leaking plumbing systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical wiring issues.
- Maintain and repair line equipment.
- Maintain and support boiler systems.
- Rebuild pumps and other mechanical components.
- Perform preventative maintenance to reduce the risk of future equipment failures.
- Identify and fix potential safety hazards.
- Assist with additional tasks as requested by management.
- Follow all company personnel policies and procedures.
Qualifications/Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment required.
- Mechanical and electrical experience required.
- Boiler experience preferred.
- Welding experience preferred.

Pay: $24.00 - $34.00 per hour
